Heads Up Salon Health Safety Procedures and Policies

  

The safety and wellbeing of each of you as well as our entire staff is always one of our highest priority.

We respectfully ask that you do not enter the salon if you are sick, especially if you have COVID (with or without symptoms).  Please.  

 

We have clients and staff of all ages and need to ensure everyone's safety and well-being.

​

​​Just a couple more "things":

​

  • If you are not feeling well, or have taken care of anyone who is ill (especially if presenting with COVID-19 symptoms), we would appreciate the opportunity to reschedule your appointment to a later date. 

    • Health care professionals are the only exemptions to the caring for ill "rule" - we appreciate you and what you do!

  • Please note that if you have a temperature, appear sick, or are coughing excessively we reserve the right to ask you to leave.  We have many employees and clients of all ages, and it is for their safety as well yours that we must do this.   

  • Please inform us as soon as possible if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 within 5 days after you have been in the salon so we can take the necessary precautions.  This is especially important for us if you developed COVID symptoms within 48 hours after you were in the salon.

It was a challenge to reopen and stay open with all of these new restrictions and procedures and keeping up with the changing rules – but thanks to our amazing team and wonderful clients, it’s been fairly smooth sailing!

Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe in our “new normal”.  Together we are continuing to get through these unprecedented times.
